Summer Fruit Compote

peach and strawberry2 cups sliced fresh peaches (peeled, if desired)
2 cups fresh strawberries (stems removed)
1/2 cup white grape juice concentrate or apple juice concentrate

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook for about
5 minutes, or until fruit just becomes soft. Serve warm or cold.

Makes 4 1/2-cup servings

Nutritional information per 1/2-cup serving: 78 calories, 0 g fat, 1 g protein, 18 g carbohydrate, 7 mg sodium, 0 mg cholesterol
