Food for Life Nutrition and Cooking Class Series for Cancer Prevention and Survival

2/06/08: Planning Healthy Meals/Antioxidants and Phytochemicals
2/13/08: Immune-Boosting Foods/Maintaining a Healthy Weight

All classes run from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

The blender used in these classes was generously donated by Vita-Mix Corporation.

Each class includes a 10-minute nutrition video followed by an hour-long cooking demonstration and sampling of the food prepared. Classes are open to cancer survivors, friends, family, and anyone interested in cancer prevention and healthy eating.
