There is a suggested $20 donation per class to The Cancer Project, a nonprofit organization advancing cancer prevention and survival through nutrition education and research. Donations may be given to the instructor before class.

The food used in these Food for Life classes was generously donated by Whole Foods Market.

The blenders used in many of our Food for Life classes were generously donated by the Vita-Mix Corporation.

Each class includes a 10-minute nutrition video followed by an hour-long cooking demonstration and sampling of the food prepared. Classes are open to cancer survivors, friends, family, and anyone interested in cancer prevention and healthy eating.
