Food for Life Nutrition and Cooking Class Series for Cancer Prevention and Survival

10/18/05: Discovering Dairy Alternatives/Replacing Meat
10/25/05: Planning Healthy Meals/Antioxidants and Phytochemicals
11/08/05: Immune-Boosting Foods/Maintaining a Healthy Weight

Classes run from 7 to 9 p.m.

Each class includes a 10-minute nutrition video followed by an hour-long cooking demonstration and sampling of the food prepared. Classes are open to cancer survivors, friends, family, and anyone interested in cancer prevention and healthy eating.
