Food for Life Nutrition and Cooking Class Series for Cancer Prevention and SurvivalClasses in Flagstaff, Arizona Trinity Heights UMC 11/15/06: Planning Healthy Meals Class This class runs from noon to 1:30 p.m. To register, call Valorie Eddy at 928-526-1397. Each class includes a 10-minute nutrition video followed by an hour-long cooking demonstration and sampling of the food prepared. Classes are open to cancer survivors, friends, family, and anyone interested in cancer prevention and healthy eating.
