Food for Life Nutrition and Cooking Class Series for Cancer Prevention and SurvivalClasses in Franklin, New Hampshire Franklin Regional Hospital 10/17/06: Antioxidants and Phytochemicals This class runs from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Each class includes a 10-minute nutrition video followed by an hour-long cooking demonstration and sampling of the food prepared. Classes are open to cancer survivors, friends, family, and anyone interested in cancer prevention and healthy eating.
