The classes above will run from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

10/30/06: Planning Healthy Meals/Antioxidants and Phytochemicals
11/06/06: Immune-Boosting Foods/Maintaining a Healthy Weight

The classes above will run from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Each class includes a 10-minute nutrition video followed by an hour-long cooking demonstration and sampling of the food prepared. Classes are open to cancer survivors, friends, family, and anyone interested in cancer prevention and healthy eating.
