All classes will run from 4 to 5 p.m.

To register, call Dean’s Natural Food Market, Ocean store, at 732-517-1515 between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Mon.-Fri., 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Saturday, and 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on

Each class includes a 10-minute nutrition video followed by an hour-long cooking demonstration and sampling of the food prepared. Classes are open to cancer survivors, friends, family, and anyone interested in cancer prevention and healthy eating.
