The food used in these classes was generously donated by Whole Foods Market in Jenkintown.
The blenders used in many of our Food for Life classes were generously donated by the Vita-Mix Corporation.
Each class includes a 10-minute nutrition video followed by an
hour-long cooking demonstration and sampling of the food prepared.
Classes are open to cancer survivors, friends, family, and those
interested in cancer prevention and healthy eating.
