The blenders used in many of our Food for Life classes were generously donated by the Vita-Mix Corporation.

Each class includes a 10-minute nutrition video followed by an hour-long cooking demonstration and sampling of the food prepared. Classes are open to cancer survivors, friends, family, and those interested in cancer prevention and healthy eating.
