Food for Life Nutrition and Cooking Class Series for Cancer Prevention and SurvivalClasses in Sarasota, Florida Whole Foods Market 11/29/06: Favoring Fiber The class runs from 11 a.m. to noon The blender used in these classes was generously donated by Vita-Mix Corporation. To register, call Customer Service at 941-955-8500. Each class includes a 10-minute nutrition video followed by an hour-long cooking demonstration and sampling of the food prepared. Classes are open to cancer survivors, friends, family, and anyone interested in cancer prevention and healthy eating.
