Food for Life Nutrition and Cooking Class Series for Cancer Prevention and SurvivalClasses in Silver Spring, Maryland Spencerville Seventh Day Adventist Church 6/13/07: Immune-Boosting Foods This class will run from noon to 1 p.m. The blenders used in many of our Food for Life classes were generously donated by the Vita-Mix Corporation. Each class includes a 10-minute nutrition video followed by an hour-long cooking demonstration and sampling of the food prepared. Classes are open to cancer survivors, friends, family, and those interested in cancer prevention and healthy eating.
