01/30/06: Maintaining a Healthy Weight (Small Hall)

All classes run from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Each class includes a 10-minute nutrition video followed by an hour-long cooking demonstration and sampling of the food prepared. Classes are open to cancer survivors, friends, family, and anyone interested in cancer prevention and healthy eating.
