Food for Life Nutrition and Cooking Class Series for Cancer Prevention and Survival

Each class will run from 2:30 to 4 p.m.
To register, call Dan at the dARSW main office, 360-694-6790.  

Each class includes a 10-minute nutrition video followed by an hour-long cooking demonstration and sampling of the food prepared. Classes are open to cancer survivors, friends, family, and anyone interested in cancer prevention and healthy eating.
